I suppose if nothing else, naming a restaurant for a mythical movie monster wearing sunglasses is an admonition against taking anything at Werewolf too seriously. In fact it is the perfect restaurant to “Spotlight” for 2016 comic con for this very reason. I know most guests of “The CON” can embrace the quirkiness of Werewolf, enjoy incredible food and get into this eatery’s “great vibe!”
For comic con 2016 Werewolf has nothing but crazy themed events, themed food /cocktails and perfect “content” for your social media scrap book.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 20
Beginning on Wednesday, preview night, at 9pm Werewolf will have their “Models and Bottles Cosplay edition” event. Basically there will be an engaging model dressed as a “surprise” comic con-esque character, and guests can unleash their inner Art-eest by sketching and drinking.

Whether it is Comic Con or not, if you happen to be in the San Diego/ Gaslamp area, I would highly recommend you make a pit stop. If not for the tasty food and drink, then the relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff…… and quirkiness. It’s really a great place.
