In 2017 The Gaslamp Quarter  celebrates its 150th anniversary.  Why not take a walk through history and participate in one of the following great walking tours.   While walking and experiencing the 92 victorian buildings and hearing the great stories of the past, you can also shop and dine!

Children’s Historical Tour

A child’s curiosity is a gift, steering them in many directions.

The Davis-Horton House offers children a unique tour guiding them into a by-gone era that would otherwise be difficult for them to imagine. Here they come to appreciate the wide array of modern conveniences that fill their lives, while learning the privations of life without them. The experience of exploring the house with a docent leaves quite an impression on a young mind – not easily forgotten.

The Children’s Architectural Tour is 1 ½ hours, costing $6 for both children and adults. School groups are welcome to bring their lunches to enjoy in our Pocket Park either before or after the tour.

To schedule a children’s tour, contact our Visitor Services Manager at 619-233-4692 or via e-mail at info@gaslampfoundation.org
