Learning to be Human

It's a good idea to find out a counselor's philosophy. It is going to have a big impact on you, perhaps more than anything else about them. LTBH’s philosophy is people + relationship = the good life. So being a person is about having relationship and having relationship is about being a person. Unlike focal specialists who hone their skills in one aspect of the human experience, we are generalists. Which is to say our specialty is within the overlapping layers of say anxiety, depression, an unfolding course of healing, and a better than expected day, as they naturally co-occur in everyday life. Being generalists, our experience is in taking you as exactly and as comprehensively as we find you.
