2016 San Diego Comic-Con Attendee Insider Tips

Team GQA went out in search of the guests who made up Comic-Con 2016!!

We did a quick interview with a few guests about their experiences, favorite part of the Gaslamp Quarter and tips for future attendees. As a thank you for their participation, we gave these guests a special Gaslamp Quarter goodie bag!

A: The Dealers Room – where all of the Art Work, and artisans are!”

Q:Tips for first time Comic Conners

A: Hydrate, Have Patience, and remember to throw the fact that once you are inside the convention center or standing in line at a huge activation, you will have no personal space!

A: If you dress up, make sure to bring someone with you who is “a handler!”

A:Playing Pokemon Go all around the Gaslamp!! There are so many Poke Stops! Getting the Sneak peek at new shows!

Q: Tips for first time Comic Conners

A: Book Early! And don’t be afraid to try new stuff!! There are things that you really HAVE to see, but panels, art, activations, you have never heard of that you just need to try!!

Hometown: Calabasas, CA.

Q: How many years have you come to Comic-Con?

A: 7

Sean is different in that he works at Comic-Con doing promotions for different shows/ brands. This year he was a Centaur for Trolli and Syfy’s “PaTrolli” Street Team. In years past he has been a Bear for a fantasy App, Jake the Dog from Adventure Time, a warrior for a fantasy novel, and a Wrestler for WWF

The Centaur for Trolli and Syfy has been his favorite out of them all!

Q: Tips for first time Comic Conners

A: Walk the streets outside of the convention center to see everything around you!
