Event Details

Enjoy a three course dinner designed by Chef Jason Connolly.  You will begin with a special offering from the Chef.
Amuse: House made whipped ricotta, warm honey, served on crostini
This is followed by three courses.
1st Course: Choice of one
*Local Citrus Salad, shaved fennel, arugula, with a champagne vinaigrette.
*Hamachi Crudo, cucumber, chili, shiso, with soy
*Butternut Squash Soup, toasted pepita, with pumpkin seed oil
2nd Course: Choice of one
*Red Wine Braised Short Rib, garlic mashed potato, roasted baby carrots, with gremolata
*Pan Seared Scallops, sweet potato gnocchi, with sherry
*House made Pappardelle, mushrooms, with truffled cream
3rd Course: Choice of one
*Chocolate decadence with creme anglaise
