Restaurant Spotlight: Tin Roof

Tin Roof located on the corner of 4th and G is a place that gives musicians a place to play and a place to hang when they aren’t on stage. The tasty food, fun, eclectic environment, community of regulars and friendly crew have established the Roof as the place to be for musicians and non-musicians alike.

What we enjoyed:

The GQA Team ordered a few appetizers on the “Apps and Shareables” part of the menu. The bacon wrapped popper croquettes fried with pepperdew and pimento cheese, and the “Dixie Biscuits”- 3 fried biscuit sliders, house smoked brisket, bacon, peach jam and cheddar cheese… So good!
  • Alex enjoyed the BBQ pulled pork with the choice of 2 sides, street corn and squash casserole.
  • Erin enjoyed the ever sinful “Candy Pig Mac & Cheese” creamy mac and cheese with crisp candied bacon mixed in, and 2 sides, street corn and fried pickles.
  • Sherry enjoyed the “Voo Doo Shrimp” 1/3 lb shrimp in creole sauce, corn, fresh cream & scallions with street corn and mac and cheese.
  • Michael loved the “Chicken Tinga” street tacos with chipotle chicken, avocado crema, queso blanco, and radish cilantro.
