We are so happy to present Cosecha SD 16 course tasting menu by Chef Steve Brown. Featuring produce from our farms, locally caught seafood, kurobuta pork, wagyu from USA, Australia, And Japan. This is a sample of Cosecha SD Brick and Mortar coming soon to the heart of the Gaslamp. This dinner will take place on the second floor of historic Keating Hotel with a secret entrance up the grand staircase. This multi course dining experience will take place in two different rooms with delicious wine pairings included. Max was born and raised in Houston, TX. His love for Texas country music started in Junior High and was heavily influenced by Pat Green, Robert Earl Keen, Cory Morrow, and company. Playing music was never more than a hobby for most of his teens and twenties. He would entertain friends and family members but the idea of a career in music didn’t ever cross his mind. It wasn’t long after taking a job in the oil and gas industry that Max knew his heart was elsewhere. He recalls that first time introducing himself on stage as “a terrifying moment”. After four years as a financial analyst it was time to take a leap of faith. Slowly but surely, he gained enough of a following and regular gigs to leave the security of a corporate job behind.
