Junior League of San Diego Oktoberfest
Join us for the 2016 Oktoberfest celebration – an afternoon of beer, brats and Bavarian Fun! Guests will enjoy music, games, a fabulous raffle and more. In the spirit of Oktoberfest, guests will be encouraged to wear Lederhosen and Dirndls. We will be crowning a Mr. and Mrs. Oktoberfest, to the best dressed!
All proceeds from Oktoberfest benefit the Junior League of San Diego and its mission-based community projects focused on supporting foster youth as they transition into independent adult life. In San Diego County, approximately 300 foster youth age out of the system annually with few resources available to them. JLSD is working with other non-profits to create capacity-building programming, offer new resources, and ultimately improve the opportunities available to transition-age foster youth population.
